A difference of over 1.0 point is considered a level that is clearly perceptible to the average consumer, and the 1.3-point reduction is a groundbreaking achievement even by industry standards.

This test adopted a quantitative approach using state-of-the-art taste analysis equipment, without relying on human sensory evaluation.
This method allowed us to demonstrate the impact of FINE TUNING® technology on the taste characteristics of whiskey with objective numerical data.
